1. Refund Policy

Contributions made to support Elegancy are generally non-refundable. Since these are digital support contributions and not physical goods, the service is considered rendered immediately upon transaction.

2. Exceptional Cases

In exceptional cases of unauthorized transactions or technical errors during processing, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Cancellation

As these are one-time contributions, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. However, if any subscription-based model is introduced in the future, cancellation terms will be updated accordingly.
